General Terms & Conditions
1. Distance & Time Calculation
- Distance and time are calculated from the operator’s garage to the garage (back-to-back) for both within-city and outstation trips.
- For trips between City A and City B, the distance from the drop-off point in City B back to the operator’s garage in City A will be added and charged to the customer.
- Distance and time are based on the operator's garage, not the customer’s residence. Customers must verify the starting time and odometer reading before the journey. Disputes after the journey will not be accepted.
2. Outstation Minimum Charge
A minimum charge of 250 kilometers per day applies for all outstation trips/tours.
3. Charges
- Charges include toll taxes, state taxes, parking fees, time, and kilometers (for outstation trips).
- All charges are calculated from our garage to your destination and back.
4. Taxes
Service tax and other government taxes, including GST at 5%, are applicable to the total bill.
5. Payment Terms
- 30% payment in advance as a non-refundable booking amount.
- Payment can be made via net banking, cash deposit (5% GST applicable), or in person at our office.
- Balance amount must be paid upon arrival.
6. Driver Allowances
- Driver’s BA/TA applies after 8 hours (local) or 12 hours of service.
- Extra time up to 60 minutes will be counted as 1 extra hour; beyond that, the next higher rate applies.
7. Night Driving Charges
Applicable for trips between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for personal safety and luggage security during the trip.
- Smoking, tobacco use, and substance use are prohibited.
- Carry a print-out of the travel voucher during the trip.
9. Vehicle Availability & Condition
- Vehicle pictures are for reference; actual vehicles may vary.
- Inspect the vehicle and fill out the driver’s duty slip accurately at trip completion.
- Report any issues with the vehicle before the trip begins.
10. Vehicle Breakdown
In case of a breakdown or unavailability, the paid amount will be refunded within 2 days.
11. Pickup & Drop-off
Pickup and drop-off allowed at one location only.
12. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made through official company contacts (call or email).
- No refunds or changes once the trip has started or during the tour.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or changes due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, breakdowns, weather, illness, political unrest, or unforeseen circumstances.
14. Excluded Locations
Rates do not apply for Char Dham, Leh & Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir, and upper Himachal/Uttarakhand regions like Nako and Tabo.
15. Rate Fluctuations
Rates are subject to change due to fuel price (diesel/petrol) and parking/tax fluctuations.
16. Late Cancellations
No refunds or changes will be accepted last minute or after the trip starts.
17. Additional Charges
- Extra charges apply for vehicle use before 5 AM or after 10 PM.
- AC will not work in hill areas or when the vehicle is stationary.
- No refunds for hotel booking charges.
18. Festive Period
Rates are not valid during long weekends, festivals, or peak periods.
19. Night Travel in Winter
Night travel during winter is strictly prohibited due to fog and safety concerns.
20. Non-refundable Booking Advance
The advance booking amount is non-refundable.
21. No-Show Policy
If the passenger is absent at the time of departure, 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited.
